He is a dark tan fish with a white underside. He wears white doctor clothing and holds a dark burgundy folder in his hand. He wears a purple tie and a silver head mirror.
Role in game[edit]
In the time of "Octavio," he gives Template:Link a peace offering, a stethoscope, to go and give to Octavio so the war will be over.
