He is a light green fish with light brown hair and a beard. He wears light blue overalls, a white shirt, a hat, and a dark pink jacket. Like the other trenchbillies, he has no pupils and has buck teeth.

His first piece of dialogue is pointing out SpongeBob and Patrick's colorful appearance. He appears when SpongeBob and Patrick are being congratulated after doing their violent [[Jellyfishing (sport)|jellyfishing]] move.
