Incidental 81, also known as Old Fish B, is an elderly fish who makes cameos in many episodes, usually in a nursing home. He is usually voiced by Rodger Bumpass but was voiced by Tom Kenny in the episode "Doing Time" and Clancy Brown in the episode "The Great Patty Caper." He first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy."

Description

He is a light beige elderly fish with a big light gray beard and wears a light blue hospital gown. He only has three hairs on his head, a visible vein on his forehead and three irregular faded orange spots at each side of his head.

He finishes a memoir of his life in red ink, but the red punch soaks the memoir, and due to it being red, makes his writing unreadable.
