She is an egg-shaped light tan-brown fish who wears a purple shell bra, a purple bikini skirt, and black sandals.

She is a [[Krabby Patty creatures|patty monster]] with light tan fins, one blue eye and one black eye, and red lips. She wears her purple seashell bra and also has thin black feet.

Incidental 22 is a somewhat commonly used [[List of characters/Background|incidental character]]. She makes many major roles as well as minor non-speaking roles. She plays her biggest role yet in her debut "Ripped Pants."

She and [[Fred]] appear in a car near the [[Kuddly Krab]] and claim how it's a shame how the [[Krusty Krab]] has turned to the Kuddly Krab.
