Incidental 15 is a fish who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." He is classified as a "weirdo" type incidental. [1]
Description[edit]
He is a large green fish with dark green spots, and dark green lips. He wears orange shades with blue shorts with white flower-shaped spots on it. He also has thin black feet. In his older appearances, he had slightly bigger spots.

He is lavender and wears a dark blue suit over a white dress shirt with a red collar. He also wears black pants and shoes. He was originally light teal.
Role in series[edit]
Incidental 15 has made very few notable and supporting roles in the series. He usually appears as a non-speaking incidental in the background.

He is seen eating at the Krusty Krab and becomes surprised when he hears Template:Link swearing.
"Wigstruck"[edit]
He is seen making fun of SpongeBob's powdered wig and is later seen wearing a wig himself and tells SpongeBob that powdered wigs are the new cool since Ned and the Needlefish started wearing them.
"Not Normal"[edit]
He walks out of the Krusty Krab along with other customers because the paper Template:Link were not good for them.
"The Good Krabby Name"[edit]
He is shown to be part of the 2% of the Bikini Bottom population that has never eaten at the Krusty Krab.
