Incidental 13[3], also known as Incidental PM9[4] is a fish who first appears in "Ripped Pants." He is classified as a "inbetween" type incidental.

Description[edit]

He is a light green colored fish who has olive green fins and orange eyes. He wears dark blue shorts with a white flower design. In his older appearances, he had scales under his arms, appeared to be a bit more potbellied, and wore small black shoes instead of being barefoot.

Incidental PM9[edit]

He is a patty monster with a light teal fins and lips, He also has a few hair strands, visible nostrils, and one sideways eye.

Role in series[edit]

Incidental 13 has made a decent amount of notable and speaking roles in the series. Though he appears to be mostly used as a non-speaking incidental.

Major roles[edit]

"Hall Monitor"[edit]

He and Incidental 12 are seen together in a house eating seaweed medley until getting their dinner interrupted by the "Open Window Maniac" who is really SpongeBob in disguise.

"Jellyfish Hunter"[edit]

Fred stretches a Krabby Patty with jellyfish jelly right in front of his face during his song.

"The Fry Cook Games"[edit]

He is the referee of the Fry Cook Games constantly blowing his whistle.

"The Great Snail Race"[edit]

He is the referee for the snail race. Patrick mistakes him as a burglar due to his striped white and black uniform.

"Hocus Pocus"[edit]

He appears as an actor on TV with puffy blonde hair at the beginning of the episode.

"Bulletin Board"[edit]

He asks Mr. Krabs why would anyone buy food from a place that smells like stinky armpits after he reads a note on the bulletin board written by P-Star7 saying so.

"Plankton Gets the Boot"[edit]

After Plankton tries to apologize to Karen, he assumes that he was apologizing to him and tells him he accepts his apology, though Plankton then tells him he wasn't talking to him which causes him to step right on Plankton.

"Plankton Paranoia"[edit]

He appears at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 12 where they both get stamped by Mr. Krabs' "banned" stamp.

"Senior Discount"[edit]

He claims that he will never eat at the Krusty Krab ever again after Mr. Krabs threatens to kick Old Man Jenkins out of the Krusty Krab.

"Boss for a Day"[edit]

He is seen sipping a soda at the Krusty Krab. He starts whining that he is still thirsty after he finishes his entire soda causing Mr. Krabs to get him another one and swiping a dollar out of his pocket due to the Krusty Krab not allowing free refills.
