Fredrick is a silver vintage computer. He has a black screen with yellow-green eyes and a yellow-green monocle covering his left eye. He also has a yellow-green mouth and nose.

His interests and hobbies include drinking virtual cups of English [[tea]] and saying, "I disapprove of this."

He is shown to love his daughter and disapprove of her marriage to {{Link|Plankton}}, much like his wife, [[E.M.I.L.P.]]. He also thinks she could have done better instead of settling with him and be with a more successful partner.
